REVIEW: Big David Chang fan but a midday 55-minute wait, better be worth it. Bright looking bowl but the chicken was fatty & gristly, the broth was overly smokey with no layered flavors and the egg was uninspired. Overall disappointing! Still a fan of Chang though!
